the modules directory must be in $GUILE_LOAD_PATH. for example if the project path is "/a/b/sph-cms" then "/a/b/sph-cms/modules" must be in $GUILE_LOAD_PATH.
files in the root/ directory should be offered by a http server where the sph-cms application is proxied.
to start the application, change to the project directory and execute
  ./exe/start
